6 Days Serengeti, Ngorongoro & Lake Manyara Cultural and Wildlife adventure

You are welcome to Tanzania. Karibu. Upon your arrival in Tanzania, our friendly and professional safari guide shall pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha airport and embark on a transfer to your Arusha lodge for a simple city and coffee tour (time permitting) before having an official welcome and briefing about your next 6 days in Tanzania. During the briefing, one of our team members shall give you expectations and details to prepare and ensure your safari meets or surpasses your expectation. After this, you shall have enough time to relax , have dinner and overnight as you await tomorrows adventure. Again, welcome to Tanzania.

Today, your real adventure begins. After your posh breakfast, you shall put on your adventure armor and embark on a transfer to the National Park from Arusha via Ngorongoro crater while enjoying a game drive on route to Serengeti National Park. Once in Serengeti you will be amazed by a spectacular view while enjoying a picnic lunch on a small hill in an overall flat area.

Before arriving in Serengeti, you shall pass through the famous Olduvai gorge Museum – well known as the place for the first human species’ discovery. Olduvai gorge museum (the cradle of Mankind), has some of the ancient evidence of human fossils ever found. You will not only be able to see but also understand some of the oldest human occupation lead by Doctor Leaky(British) and Mary(Kenyan). After learning so much about the human existence discovery, you shall proceed to Serengeti to have a simple game drive as you get amazed by the wide range of animals that wonder these Africa iconic savanna landscape.
Retire and proceed to your accommodation grounds.

Today, you explore Serengeti which is a very large National park as your game drives will depend on the move of the migrants, your guide knows very well how to locate the herds. Even though most people like you come to Serengeti National Park for the ‘Great Migration’, with over one million wildebeest and two hundred thousand plus zebras each year following the rains, there is more to explore in this adorable national Park, so after an early breakfast, you will go on an early game drive to meet them before you later have lunch and continue further with the game drive to the evening before we get back to your accommodation. This shall be one of your best days in Tanzania. Just wait and see it for yourself!

Today, as you say good bye to the famous Serengeti, you will wake up early for breakfast before proceeding for an early morning sunrise game drive on the Serengeti plains, which offers you the best opportunity to see lions, leopards, and other predators in action. Serengeti offers a stunning sunrise as the rising sun seems to light a fire to the savannah. During this incredible sunrise game drive, you shall have a spectacular view of the sun plus the game as we further explore this mysterious scenery. You shall later have your picnic lunch after having been amazed by the wide range of animals that wonder these Africa iconic savanna landscape and embark on route to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at your desired accommodation.

Today starts with an exciting breakfast before we begin our awaited execution to the wonderful Ngorongoro Crater; considered by many to be the eighth wonder of the world. The crater has one of the highest concentration of animals in the world and yes, we are about to explore it. When you get your first gaze of this amazing caldera from the panoramic viewpoint, you will shortly realize why it has gained such a modest popularity.

Ngorongoro crater is one of the prime destinations in the world, its one of the easiest places to see animals. Here you shall see all the big 5; the lions, leopard, hippo, elephant, rhino, many giraffes, hyenas, etc. It’s the best place to spot the endangered black rhinoceros, a meal close to the hippo pool which offers a great view of the lake and large number of hippos enjoying the cool water of the pool.

From the comfort of your open- roof 4*4 land cruiser (safari vehicle), you will have chance to photograph and observe some of the most recognizable faces. Ngorongoro is home to a good number of predators including the lion (Simba), leopards (Chui), wildebeest (nyumbu), zebras (pundmilia), antelope, cape buffalo and many more.

After the chills and thrills of the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool. Thereafter you will overnight at your selected nearby accommodation. It’s truly one of the world best safari destination.

Before you say goodbye to the amazing wild Tanzania, you shall wake up early morning and proceed to a final game drive in Lake Manyara where you shall majorly be looking to spot the famous tree-climbing lions pleading to be photographed. Do not think this is the only sighting you shall have, you have opportunity to sightsee the elephants, antelopes, flamingos, zebras, impalas, warthogs, etc.
If you are a bid lover, here, you will find an absolute delight with a huge variety of birds on display, you will not only be amazed but also surprised by large flocks of flamingo and many other variety of birds since it’s a birding destination. The park is indeed a photographers playing field and provides some of the finest game view in the world.

After the exciting sightings, you shall then drive back to your own chosen location or accommodation for dinner and a good night sleep in Arusha. You shall be dropped here at any hotel of your choice or at the Arusha International airport.
