Day 1: Arusha city to Arusha National Park
After your lovely breakfast from your hotel, we shall pick you and give you a simple brifing about the safari expectation and any meal plan we may have and immediately, you’ll depart from Arusha and drive to the park. Upon arrival at the park, you may participate in any two of the following activities.
Game Drive: This half day game dive shall expose you to the maximum opportunity to see the best games the park has. Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater – sometimes known as ‘Little Ngorongoro’ and see as much as you can see. Some of the sightings you shall see are; giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, warthog, the black-and-white colobus monkey, the blue monkey, flamingo, elephant, bushbuck and many other African animals.
Canoe Safari: Explore the park on a local canoe as you’ll trade the car for a canoe as you take a guided canoe safari out on the Momella Lakes to see the famous park’s bushbuck, giraffes, hippos, and buffalo. This shall give you an exciting opportunity take some stunning pictures as you take memories of Tanzania back home.
Walking Safari: Stretch your legs with a guided walking safari and explore this beautiful masterpiece on foot. While on your walking safari, you have the opportunity to stop your guide and take clear sights and can expect to see endless acres of forest, home to black and white colobus monkeys, zebras, buffalos, and a variety of antelopes. You will also have a chance to observe more than 400 bird species including the Crowned Eagle, Lanner Falcon, and Levaillants Cuckoo.
You can be guaranteed to return to Arusha in the late afternoon with a head full of memories and a camera full of unforgettable photos.
